The management and the hares will take all reasonable precautions to keep hashers safe and in one piece. Cross-country antics on roads, in rivers, and in woods brings a degree of risk. Hashers, through their participation, accept that risk and undertake not to take nasty legal action against any other member of the hash, unless that other member (or members) has been wilfully and grossly negligent.
